1 6 oz. container dannon light and fit nonfat strawberry yogurt1 cup Schwan's frozen golden fruit blend 1 small banana3/4 cup fat free milk1 tsp. almond extract1 scoop (24 grams) vanilla whey protein powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender and mix until blended. Pour into glasses.
