Low carb cabbage and beef soup

Ingredients
8 qt crock potcabbage - 1/2 large headground beef - 1 lb 80/20onion - 1/2 med - largegarlic - minced, good size spoon or about 6 cloves water - 6-8 cups, enough to coverchicken broth 1-2 cupsseasoning - to tastesalt - to tastepepper - to taste
Directions
Toss everything into the crock pot and add water to cover, roughly 6 cups. I used McCormick Tuscan seasoning, sea salt and pepper to taste. Use less garlic if needed or none at all. Cook time 4 - 6 hours on high. Cook until cabbage reaches designed consistency. For sure a "better the next day" soup.
