TK's Chicken Noodle Soup

4 Cups Chicken Broth8 Cups Water1 lb Chicken Breast3 Medium Stalks of Celery10 Baby Carrots2 Medium Yellow Onions6 Cups Wide Egg Noodles1 Tbsp Extrta Virgin Olive Oil
Cut up chicken breast into bite size pieces. Brown in fry pan with 1 Tbsp olive oil.
Cut into small pieces celery, carrots and onion.
Place chicken, celery, carrots, onions into stock pot. Add chicken broth, water bring to a boil.
Add egg noodles. Cover and simmer until done.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Makes 14 1-cup servings
