Healthy Chocolate No-Bake Cookies

Ingredients
Wet Ingredients:1/2 cup almond butter (or other nut butter)1/2 cup almond milk (or other milk)1 tsp vanilla extract1/4 cup cocoa powder1/8 cup white sugarDry Ingredients:1/2 cup dry oats1/2 cup oatbran1/4 cup flaxmeal2 Tbl Chia SeedsDash of salt
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl (oats, oatbran, flaxmeal, chia seeds and salt) and set aside.

Combine the wet ingredients (almond butter, almond milk, vanilla extract, cocoa powder and white sugar) in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir. Microwave for a second minute, then stir.

Combine wet and dry ingredients until dry ingredients are completely incorporated into the wet. Spoon out about 15 servings onto a plate covered by wax paper and roll each into a ball. Eat right away, or refrigerate.

Store in the refrigerator.... Enjoy!
