Red Hot Baked Apples

Ingredients
Apples, 2 smallRed hot candies, 3 oz1 tsp agave syrup1 pat butter, dividedSpeinkle of ground cinnamon
Directions

Heat opven to 425 F
Pare and core apples.
Cut off bottom of apples so they can stand in pan upright.
Put agave syrup, butter, & cinnamon candies inside each apple. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Place in oven for 10 minutes.
Watch carefully to make sure the apples don't dry out while baking.
If necessary, pour about 1/3 c. unsweetened apple juice, evenly divided , over apples and continue to cook.
