1 tbsp olive oil4 Boneless skinless chicken breast cut up3 cloves of garlic chopped2 tsp ginger root chopped2 cups water2 packs of Ramen oriental noodles3 cups broccoli1 1/5 cups sliced carrot2 tbsp fresh chives cut up
Heat oil in pan. Stir fry chicken until done. Set aside. Add garlic and ginger and fry. Add water and brring to a boil. Add noodles, broccoli, carrots and seasoning packs. Bring to a boil and simmer 3 minutes. Add chicken and stir. Top with chives.
