Italian seasoning1 tsp parmesan cheese1 piece Flat Out Foldit flatbread1 1/2 oz cooked ground turkey1 serving (17 slices) Hormel turkey pepperoni1/4 C Kraft pizzeria or Italian five cheese1 Tbsp Prego Heart Smart Roasted Tomato and Pepper SauceOptional: Veggies of your choice
Spray flatbread with cooking spray. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese on the bread. Pop in toaster oven for about 3 minutes on "toast" setting.
Assemble pizzas. Spread on sauce. Layer pepperoni, ground turkey, veggies (if using those), and cheese.
Put back in toaster oven on "broil" setting for 10 to 12 minutes, watching that the bread does not burn around the edges.
This reheats well for a quick, easy lunch.
