Almond Butter Pancake (no grain!)

Ingredients
2 eggs1 oz almond milk (unsweetened)1 tbsp almond butter1 tsp psyllium husk powdersome stevia, if desired
Directions
Pre-heat a griddle or small cast iron pan with some butter or coconut oil.
mix everything except the psyllium together until well incorporated. Then, whisk in the psyllium husk powder.
Cook like a pancake. Flip when top is no longer runny.
