Primal Scotch Eggs

Ingredients
Directions
1 lb ground pork or fresh ground sausage meat.5 hard boiled eggs.
Hard boil the egg and let cool, can sit over night.
Pre-heat the oven to 350 F
Divide the meat into 5.
Roll a portion into a ball and then form around the egg. Repeat.
Place onto a baking tray and bake until cooked through.
I prefer them cold but can be eaten hot.
