14-17 oz warm water/potato water1 T olive oil2 T honey3 C white bread flour1/2 C potato flakes, dry3/4 C oatmeal, old-fashioned1 T vital wheat gluten flour2 T golden flax seed1 T psylliium powder1/2 tsp lemon powder1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt1 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast
1. Measure ingredients into bread pan in order
2. Select Dough cycle.
3. On tone, remove to lightly floured surface - knead 10-30 times - form loaf - place in oiled pan - cover with plastic and proof in warm place 30-90 min. until 1 inch above pan.
4. Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 F for 30 min.
5. Remove pan to wire rack - cool 10 min - remove from pan and cool completely - store in air tight container.
