Ingredients
Ingredients:*Flour, white, 2 cupGranulated Sugar, .25 cup Baking Powder, 3 tsp Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Milk, 2%, 1 cupEgg, fresh, 1 large Butter, unsalted, .5 stick Vanillia extract (or another flavor of your choice)
Directions
Preheat oven 400. Combine first 3 ingred. melt butter in microwave, then set aside to cool a bit. Beat egg in separate bowl then add sugar, milk and vanilla Add a tiny bit of the melted butter to the milk mixture, stir in and repeat until all the butter is added to the milk. Add the liquid to the flour and mix very briefly, about 10 seconds. It will be lumpy but overbeating will not make a tender muffin. Divide batter into 12 muffins in paper cups or spray a muffin pan well. Bake 20 min.
