Avocado & Orange Salad

Ingredients
2 Navel Oranges cut into bite size pieces1/2 avocado cut into bite size pieces1 tsp light mayo1/4 cup pine nuts
Directions
Cut your orange and avocado into bite size pieces into a bowl. Add pine nuts, and mayo and stir.

Very light and refreshing.
Serves 2 full salads or 4 sides
