1 Medium Russet Potato5 Cauliflower Florets1/3 cup Green peas4 Medium tomatoes chopped2 Medium onions chopped2 TBSP Olive oil1 TSP Cumin seeds2 TSP Salt (may vary)3 TSP Badshah Mumbai Bhaji Pav Masala3 Garlic cloves chopped1 TSP Garam masala
Directions:
-Steam potato, cauliflower,& peas, then mash potato & cut cauliflower
-Heat oil, add cumin seeds,1/2 tsp salt, and 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
-Saute until onions are tender
-Add chopped tomatoes and let it become a gravy for 20- 25 minutes
-Add 1/4 tsp salt
-Add cut cauliflower & green peas into gravy
-Add 1/4 tsp salt & 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
-Add 3 chopped garlic cloves
-Add mashed potatoes & 1/2 tsp salt & 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
-Mix it all
-Add 1 tsp garam masala
-Add hot peppers if you want it more spicy
