Ingredients
one box whole wheat spaghetti, cooked1 pound turkey, cooked and cubed1 can each low-fat cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup1 onion, chopped1 tsp minced garlicone bag frozen mixed vegetables (like veg-all)1 cup shredded moz cheese1/2 cup grated parmesian1/4 cup 2% yellow cheese, shreddedseasoning (Italian blend, tarragon, salt and pepper) to taste
Directions
combine all ingredients reserving half of the cheeses in cassarole dish
sprinkle remaining cheese on top
bake covered 20 minutes
uncover and bake 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly
