Herb and Curry Tuna Salad

Ingredients
2-6oz. cans tuna in water4 Tbsp. finely chopped onion1/4 C. finely chopped sweet red pepper1 small finely celery stalk2 Tbsp. mayo (reduced fat if you wish)2 Tbsp. reduced fat sour cream1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce1 tsp. prepared yellow mustard1/2 tsp. each dried dill and parsley1/4 tsp. curry powder1/4 tsp. garlic powderdash salt and pepper
Directions
Mix all ingrediants together and let sit at least 1/2 hour. Serve as sandwich or on bed of lettuce.
