3 large zucchini, sliced thin (1/4") and dehydrated in a food dehydrator or the oven.Sauce: Combine browned and drained ground meat, the jar of Rao's, and 1/2 cup of RicottaSpray lasagna pan with light spray of non stick cooking spray, layer zucchini noodles, sauce, shredded cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
Cook in the oven at 350 until bubbly.
