Ham Egg and Cheese Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
1 Ole Extreme Wellness High Fiber Tortilla Wrap1/8 c. Kroger Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded1 Egglands Best Large Egg1/8 c. Extra Lean Chopped Ham1 T Lactose Free Reduced Fat Milk
Directions
In a hot skillet, Heat tortilla in skillet for a few seconds, flip over and hit the other side.
Whip egg and milk together, add ham, place skillet on Med heat and scramble.
Add the scrambled egg mixture to a tortilla, add cheese and wrap like a burrito.
