10 asparagus spears, woody ends removed, cut in half widthwise25 cocktail shrimp, thawed and de-tailed2 tbsp fat-free cream cheese1 tbsp fat-free sour cream1/4 tsp red pepper flakes1/4 tsp dried oregano1/4 tsp dried basil1 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp onion powder1 pkg fetuccine-shaped Tofu Shirataki noodles, drained
Steam asparagus spears 5 minutes, then add shrimp and steam 1 more minute. Remove and keep warm.
In a microwaveable bowl, heat cream cheese until runny.
Stir in sour cream and spices until well blended.
Heat noodles in microwave about 1-2 minutes, until steaming hot.
Add asparagus and shrimp, then pour sauce over the mix and toss.
Serve immediately, sprinkled with parmesan if desired.
