Banana Bread

Ingredients
3/4 bananas smashed1/3 c melted butter3/4-1 c sugar (3/4 is plenty)pinch of salt1 egg beaten1 tsp vanilla extract or flavoring1 tsp baking soda1 1/2 c self raising flourwalnuts optional
Directions
start with bananas in mixer, add egg, then butter and the rest of the ingredients. Grease bread pan with spray or butter. Bake at 350 Fahrenheit, 176. Celsius for turbo oven or conventional oven. After 20 minutes cover bread loaf if you are using a turbo oven to keep it from getting too dark or burning, just keep an eye on it.
