3 T Olive Oil3/4 C Onions1/4 C Mushrooms3 Large Eggs Whites1/2 C Feta Cheese2 C Broccoli1/2 C Zucchini
Chop all the veggies very small. Saute in Olive Oil. Add in egg whites and cook thoroughly. Remove from heat, serve 1/2 - 3/4 C on a whole wheat tortilla. Put 1/8 C of feta cheese on top, roll up, and enjoy!
