Gillian McKeith's Green Goddess Winter Detox Soup

Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Garlic, 3 cloves choppedOnions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Chicken bouillon, 2 cups Turnips, .5 medium chopped into 1 inch piecesZucchini, baby, 1 large in 1 inch slices1 Sweet potato, chopped into 1 inch piecesSpinach, fresh, 1 cup
Saute the garlic & onion in the olive oil for 5 minutes.
Add the sweet potato & turnip cubes, and saute for another 5 minutes.
Add the bouillon and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the zucchini, and simmer for 5 more minutes.
Add the spinach and simmer for 5 more minutes.
Puree in the blender until smooth.

Thanks for posting this, I made it several months ago but I lost it. I add cumin and garam masala to it and decrease the oil to 1 tsp for a lower fat content. My 13 year old will eat this too if I don't puree it, so I will blend 1/2 of the recipe, and the other half leave chunky for her. Thanks! - 8/9/08
