Flat Belly Friendly Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients
2 Orowheat Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins, split4 eggs, poached hard or fried with cooking spray4 oz Part Skim Milk Mozzeralla Cheese 1 ripe tomato, diced2T pesto sauce prepared (MUFA)4 turkey Sausage links
Directions
Place split Sandwich thins on a baking sheet. In a small bowl, Combine tomatoes and pesto. Divide pesto and tomato mix into 4 equal serving and spread one serving onto each of the four muffins. Heat the sausage and chop. Top each muffin with 1/4 of the sausage. Poach or fry the eggs until desired cooked through. Put one egg atop each muffin. Top each egg with 1oz Mozzarella cheese. Broil until cheese is melted. Serve.
