Jalapeno Cheddar Patty Melt

Ingredients
4oz ground beef 80/20 onion sliced as thick as you likeJalapeno Peppers (have used both fresh and jarred)Cheddar cheese, shredded melts betterItilian Bread 2 slices per burger.....I used the less fat rotell bread.
Directions
Weigh out burger shape into patty, season as wanted, and cook.
Cook onion right along with burger.
Flip burger add jalapenos on top add cheese and continue to cook.
Put Bread in toaster just until heated through but not crunchy.
Put Burger together and ENJOY!!

Repeat process for the amount of burgers you are needing.
