Roasted Garbanzo Beans/Chicken Grill Seasoning (skinless)

Ingredients
1 can organic garbanzo beans1.5 tsp. Kansas City Style Chicken Seasoning0.50 tsp. Kosher Salt0.50 tbsp of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil-cold press)
Directions
Rinse & Drain Beans

Put on paper towel on a baking sheet-rub off skins. Sometimes it's easier to do it just with your fingers.

Take all skins off.

Put on baking sheet with wax paper

Drizzle with Olive Oil

Sprinkle Kosher Salt

Sprinkle with seasoning (you can change up seasonings for new flavors as well)

Heat oven 400 degrees F

Roast on wax paper for 30-40 (do not let beans burn)

Let cool

Enjoy~

(I reach in & shake the tray a little 1X during cooking)
