Healthy Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
3.25 cup whole wheat flour1.5 tsp salt2 tsp baking soda1 tsp ground cinnamon1.5 cup Truvia Baking Blend1 cup applesauce, unsweetened4 eggs, beaten (in this recipe i used two eggs and an additional four egg whites. You can substitute all egg whites by just doubling what it asks for)1/3 cup water2 cups grated zucchini1 tsp lemon juice (I used fresh)
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together, set aside
Mix all wet ingredients together, mix into the dry
Add nuts if you like.
Bake 350 (muffins take about 15-20m, loaf takes about 45 m)

Serving Size: Makes 24 muffins or two loaf pans
