Ingredients
-Vegetable broth (4 cups)-Salsa Picante (1/2 cup)-Publix Vegetables Soup Mix with Savory Tomatoes, frozen (1 pound)--Garlic (1 teaspoon)-Oregano (1 teaspoon)-Chili powder (1 teaspoon)-Cumin (1 teaspoon)-Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Directions
Heat ingredients in a saucepan to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover. Simmet at least 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables reach desired tenderness.
