Baking Soda, 1 tsp Bob's red mill high fiber pancake and waffle mix, 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar, 1/4 cup Brown Sugar, 1/2 cup, packed Fiber One Cereal, 1 cup (ground)Applesauce, unsweetened, 3/4 cupFlax Seed (ground flax), 3 tbsp Oats, Quaker, 3 cup Raisins, 3/4 cup, packed Pumpkin seeds, 1/4 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Silk Soy Yogurt Plain, 1/4 cup
Grind the Fiber One cereal to a flour. Mix the 3tbsp of ground flax seed with 6tbsp of warm water in a separate bowl. Mix all of the ingredients together. Spoon out rounded tbsps onto an un-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350f for 10-12mins.
