Whole, medium organic carrot. Washed, unpeeled.Organic Kale Leaves. Washed, coarsly torn8 Organic Almonds1 Small organic apple1 cup filtered water1 slice of ginger, as much as a stack of 4 quarters.
Place all ingredients into vitamix blender. Blend for 1 minute at high speed.
Drink.
