Ingredients
1 Cup Plain Flour1 t Baking Powder1/4 Cup Sugar1 Egg3/4 Cup Milk
Directions
Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl, in a seperate bowl whisk egg and sugar until thick. Combine with flour mixture and milk. Pan fry in butter until bubbles appear on one side then flip until golden brown.
