Stuffed Shells with Spinach

Ingredients
2 Cups Marinara4 Cups part Skim Ricotta cheese2 oz grated fresh parmesan cheese1/2 tea onion powder1/2 tea dried oreganosalt & pepper1 lb fresh spinach, steamed and drained1 large egg1 garlic clove minced24 - 48 large shellspreheat oven 350Spread 1/2 cup marinara over bottom of 13 x 9 panCombine ricotta and next 8 ingredients in large bowl. Spoon 1 Tab into each pasta shell. Arrange in prepared dish, spread with remaining marinara. cover and bake 30 min. let stand 5 min. sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
