Ingredients
Dry Ingredients1 cup bran1 cup oats1 cup wheat flour1 cup flour2 tsp salt1.5 tsp baking soda.5 cup splenda.5 cup packed brown sugar.5 cup sweetened coconutLiquid Ingredients2 eggs2 tsp vanilla extract1 serving unsweetened apple sauce2 tbsp milk (i used skim)4 cups ripe bananas mashed(about 8 bananas)1 cup ground TVP (textured vegetable protein 1 cup, then grind then add 1 cup boiling water)
Directions
preheat oven to 350. mix dry ingredients, mix liquid ingredients. Combine.
Fill greased muffin pan 3/4 full. Bake for 20 mins, rotate pan at 10 mins.
