1 sweet potato2 bell pepper (red or yellow_1 head of cauliflower1 jalapeno pepper1 package f mushrooms sliced1 can garbanzo beans (chick peas)1 can of black beans1 can of diced tomatoes (Recommend Alymer Accents, Chili)1 Tbls virgin olive oil or coconut oil1 tsp onion powder1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp or to flavor chili pepper flakes1 tsp chili powder1 tsp cumin powder
Dice sweet potato,peppers, break cauliflower up
Bring can of tomatoes (Alymer chili Accents preferred), chick peas, black beans to a boil. Add seasoning to flavour, (chili pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin recommend tsp each) Lower temperature to medium, add rest of ingredients and cook for 20 minutes on medium, until sweet potato is at desired consistency. I like mine crunchy.
