Ingredients
2 cups short grain white rice1 cup frozen peas & carrots6oz frozen fully cooked shrimp 1/4 tsp dried minced onion1 tsp minced garlic2 tbsp soy sauce2 cups beef broth
Directions
Cut tails off shrimp, combine all ingredients in a rice cooker & press start.
