Noah's Ark Clam Chowder

Ingredients
1 can cream of celery soup1 can cream of potato soup1 can New England clam chowder1 can minced clams (with juice; 6.5 oz can)2 cups skim milk1 Tbsp margarine
Directions
Combine all ingredients in large pot and heat through. Add salt and pepper to taste.

For a creamier version, substitute fat free half and half for the milk. (Nutrition information based on skim milk and Imperial 1/3 less fat stick margarine)

Makes approximately 6 1-cup servings

    Though the recipe was yummy the sodium is really high. 36% of the calories also come from fat grams. For less sodium I would add diced potatos and diced celery to the clam chowder and clams and skip the two extra cans of soup. - 2/23/08
