Slow Cooked Beef and Bean Stew

Ingredients
500g stewing beefOnion chopped1 carrot sliced3 cloves garlic (crushed)1 drained tin of kidney beans1 tin tomatoes2 tbsp Tomato purree
Directions
trim the beef and seal in a frying pan, add to the slow cooker with the sliced carrot
fry the onions and then the garlic for a few mo's
Add to the slow cooker
Tip in the tomatoes and beans and purree
Add some salt and pepper
Add Orango, thyme and boquet garni
Cook
