Hamburger stew version 2.0

Ingredients
2 pounds of ground lean beef4 onions2 peppers (green or red - your favorite)celery (the center part is very tastey) stalksYour favorite seasonings such as garlic powder; pepper; and oregano leaves
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees and put in beef broken up with chpped onion, peppers, and celery (the center part is very tastey). Season with the seasonings of your choice such as garlic powder; pepper; and oregano leaves.

Once this is browned add the diced up potatoes; mushroom soup (2 large tins) and frozen mixed vegetables (large bag). Cover with water and simmer till the water has gone down.
