6 oz Smoked Turkey Sausage1/2 Onion, chopped1 Clove Garlic1/2 tsp ThymeA few grindings of pepper, to taste15 oz Can Red Beans1 C Long-grain Brown rice, cookedHot Pepper Sauce, to taste
Brown sausage in saucepan over medium high heat.
Once sausage is browned, add onion and garlic, and cook until onion is transparent.
