Easy Oat Bran Bread

Ingredients
1 tbsp wheat bran2 tbsp. oat bran1 egg2 tbsp. fat free fage greek yogurt1/2 tsp. sodium free baking powder1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Spray a rectangle bowl that measures 7 inches long. Pour the "batter" in and spread evenly.
Microwave 2 minutes, flip bread over in bowl. Cook another 2 minutes.
Let cool.

For a bread substitute, great.
