Pumpkin Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/2 C Shortening1 C Sugar2 Lg Eggs1 C Mashed banana3/4 C Pumpkin Puree1 tsp Vanilla Extra1.75 C all purpose Flour1.5 tsp baking powder3/4 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 C chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions
In a large bowl, cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Added mashed bananas, pumpkin puree and vanilla. Combine gradually dried ingredients. Fold in nuts.
Poor into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes. Cheek with toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes.
