Almond flour pancakes

(this was for a half-batch)3/4 c. bob's red mill almond meal/flour1.5 bananas (mashed).25 tsp baking soda.25 tsp pumpkin pie spice.25 tsp ground cinnamon.5 tsp vanilla2 large eggs1 tsp coconut oil
heat pan over flame and add coconut oil
mix all other ingredients together making sure to mash the bananas really well (the riper, the better)
add by 1/4 cup servings to pan. watch them carefully as they'll brown quickly. turn to brown both sides and serve.
Serving Size: yields 5 pancakes
