Ingredients
14.5 oz Stew tomatoe2~ 10 oz diced tomatoes with chili peppers15.5 oz Goya black Beans15.5 oz Goya Chick peas ~ drained1 small diced zuccini12 baby carrots cut into threes ~ Bite size1 cup chopped ~ Chunk oniongalric powder salt and pepper to taste1/4 cup reduce fat cheddar cheese shred for garnish
Directions
sauce pan on stove top, place in all ingredience in order. put on simmer. cook stirring occassionaly until vegs are tender.
Pour into bowl garnish with a tbsp of Cheese
