Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 1 leaf, medium (remove)Cabbage, red, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5" dia) (remove)*Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 1 cup (remove)*beef bullion cube, 1 serving (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 large whole (3" dia) (remove)*Mung beans, mature seeds, sprouted, cooked, boiled, 3 cup (remove)Rosemary, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 4 clove (remove)Fresh Chives, 8 tbsp chopped (remove)Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp (remove)Jalapeno Peppers, 1 cup, sliced (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
shove in a crock put and let cook. the longer the better. I am assuming you're using a 6 quart crock pot.
