StrawberriesBananasRaspberriesNon Fat Plain YogurtHoneyOrange Juice
Directions
In a blender add non fat plain yogurt, all your fruit and honey. Pour your orange juice over the contents in blender. Blend and enjoy!

Tip: Chop up fresh bananas and place them in a freezer bag so that you don't get that mushy banana texture in your smoothie. Having all your fruit frozen helps u avoid having to use ice.
