10 ounces Portobello mushrooms, destemmed3.5 TB Italian dressing1 TB olive oil2 TB balsamic and sherry vinegar
Coat baking pan with the oil. Place the mushrooms upside down in pan. Drizzle with dressing and vinegars. Let marinate 25 minutes. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake 15 minutes. Turn over, lower heat to 375 and bake 15 minutes.
