Ingredients

Directions
sweat garlic chilli and onion, add capsicum and sweat.
Add tomatoes and cook down
when all soft and broken down add sugar vinegar and salt to to taste. Add herbs if you please, I used thyme and oregano.

Serving Size: Makes about 2 salsa jars worth. 2 tablespoons per serve
