Fennel and Red Grapefruit Salad

Fennel, 1 bulb*Grapefruit, fresh, pink and red, California and Arizona, 1 fruit (3-3/4" dia)Parsley, 10 sprig leafsSea salt, 0.25 tspBlack Pepper, freshly ground to taste, 1 serving
Prepare fennel by washing and cutting off all sections off the bulb. Slice bub vertically in half. With each half inserts knofe ate the bottom core and make v cut to remove core on each piece. Then slice bulb halves vertically.= and place in bowl.
Prepare grapefruit slicing off each end then standing it on one cut end, trim the skin and rind off exposing fruit. Once removed cut slices near the center core ( the core will look like an apple core). Cut large slices on their flat side into 2-3 pieces and add to fennel.
Add the laeves of 10 parsley sprigs to mixtre. Add salt and peper to taste. Mix makes 2 servings.
