Bread Machine Honey Whole Wheat Bread (1 1/2 # loaf)

9 - 12 oz warm water/potato water2 tsp. Kosher salt1 1/2 T butter1/4 C honey1 1/2 C unbleached white bread flour1 1/2 C white whole wheat flour1 T dry milk2 T golden flax seeds1 1/2 T psyllium powder1 1/4 tsp bread machine yeast
1. Measure ingredients into bread machine in order.
2. On tone, remove dough to lightly floured surface - knead 10 - 30 times - form loaf - place in greased pan - spray loaf with oil - cover with plastic - proof in warm place 30 - 60 minutes until 1 inch above top of pan.
3. Bake in pre-heated oven 30 min at 350 F.
4. Cool 10 min in pan on wire rack - remove loaf and cool completely - store in air-tight container.
Serving Size: Makes 1- 4" x 9" loaf - 14 servings
