Spanish Black Beans and rice

Ingredients
Lean Beef (93-7%) 8 ozOnion 1/2 mediumBell peppers - 2 mediumtomatoes - 2 cups fresh chopped or cannedBrown rice instant- 2 cups cookedBlack Beans - I can rinsed and drainedCayenne pepper 1/2 tspGarlic - 2 clovesLime Juice 1 TbsChili powder 1 tspCumin 1/2 tsp
Directions
Brown beef, add onion and garlic and cook until onion is soft. Prepare rice according to directions. Bell peppers can be cooked with beef and onions or left in big chunks as in stuffed peppers. Add rice, tomatoes and spices (more or less to taste). Cover and cook until peppers are soft. Stove top or oven at 350 for about 30 to 45 minutes.
