1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour (180 grams)1/2 cup coconut flour (50 grams)2 banana (198 grams)2 apples (190 grams) to make applesauce1/2 cup Stevia in the Raw1 1/2 tsp Baking powder1/2 tsp Baking soda1/4 tsp salt3 Tbsp ground flaxseed30 grams Walnuts chopped4 egg whites1 cup Greek yogurt (227 grams)I forgot vanilla
Directions
Cook in 350 degree over for 20 minutes and check. Add 5 minutes increments till done.
