Ingredients
1 can drained sweet peas 1 can drained sweet corn 1 cup of ketcup 1 tablespoon of chili powder 2 tablespoons catalina dressing 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon onion powder 2 8 oz. cans pork n beans 1 lb ground beef 1 medium size white onion
Directions
In at least a 8 qt. skillet-brown beef and onion until done, season with onion and garlic powder, drain beef add in same skillet - beans, corn, peas ,ketchup and chili powder. stir and simmer for about 8 min on med heat. if stew is boiling and has a good sauce reduce to low stir in catalina and cover for five more minutes
